What is the best way to store my products after purchase?
It is best to store all creams and oils out of direct sunlight, in a low humidity environment with a room temperature of about (73°F/ 23°C). This will help to preserve their potency and extend their shelf life.
What is the shelf life of your lotions and creams?
When stored correctly the shelf life of our lotions and creams is 1 year from the date of purchase.
I noticed some separation in my lotion/cream is this normal?
Slight separation in the lotion and cream over time is normal. If this occurs simply give your lotion/cream a little stir before use.
What is the shelf life of your oils?
All of our oils and serums are most potent when used within 3 years from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. Exchanges may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that because all of our ingredients are derived from mother nature there may be a slight variation in fragrance between batches.
